Returns & Exchanges

At Project Kahn, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury branded boxes and dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
